Contents: Inj: Per 1 mL amp: Estradiol valerate 5 mg, oily inj.
Indications: Primary and secondary amenorrhea. uterine hypoplasia. deficiency symptoms in young women after oophorectomy or radiological castration for non-carcinomatous diseases, gynecological operations, dysfunctional bleeding
Contraindications: Pregnancy, existing or suspected hormone-dependent tumours of the uterus or the mammary, a history of or existing liver tumours, endometriosis. thromboembolic processes.
Precautions: Hypertension, myocardial or renal dis-ease, asthma, varicose veins, epilepsy, chloasma, uterine fibromyomata. Examine BP, pelvic organs & breasts before & regularly during treatment.
