Precautions: Existing or history of renal dysfunction, epilepsy, migraine, diabetes or hypercholesterolemia, irregular menstrual bleeding may occur if therapy started within 12 months of last natural period. In-duce withdrawal bleed with Progestogen when transferring from another form of HRT. Discontinue therapy if signs of thromboembolic disorders, cholestatic jaundice or liver dysfunction.
